Teleradiology Solutions (TRS) is a pioneer in teleradiology, delivering round-the-clock diagnostic radiology reporting and support to hospitals and healthcare providers across India, the US, and other global markets. Founded in 2002 by two Yale-trained physicians and headquartered in Ardmore, PA, TRS today serves over 150 hospitals across 21 countries.

The company pairs a network of board-certified radiologists — including ABR-certified specialists — with technology-driven workflows and its AI-enabled arm, dAIgnostiX, to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable imaging interpretation. dAIgnostiX is based out of Bengaluru (Whitefield). TRS/dAIX also maintains an active academic focus (www.radguru.net) and ongoing research interests, including AI in radiology.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research & Data Analytics Executive to support clinical research, radiology data management, and AI validation initiatives. The role involves managing and analyzing radiology datasets, ensuring data quality and accuracy, coordinating AI case validation, and providing analytical support for research projects, publications, conferences, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, researchers, and cross-functional teams.  

 

Job Description

 

1.Research Data Mining & Analytics

  • Maintain and update the ER Master Database every 15 days, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Perform data cleaning, pathology-wise segregation, and image download management every 4 days. 
  • Mine, organise and analyse data based on modality, pathology, procedure and research requirements. 
  • Provide data support for research projects, publications, conferences and training programmes. 

 

2. AI case validation

  •  Coordinate with radiologists and technical teams for timely AI case validation. Maintain AI validation trackers, case archives and validation records.
  • Maintain AI validation trackers, validation records, case archives, and supporting documentation to ensure complete traceability.
  • Monitor the progress of AI validation activities and proactively follow up with stakeholders to resolve pending validations or data gaps.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Clinical Research, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in clinical data management, healthcare analytics, or medical imaging.
  • Experience handling large clinical or radiology datasets is preferred. 

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query preferred).
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI validation workflows in healthcare is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
