Job Description:
RadCare Medical Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinics Manager to oversee the overall management and operations of medical clinics. The role includes supervising both medical and administrative activities, implementing approved policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality and accreditation standards (CBAHI / JCIA). The manager will work closely with support departments such as Quality, Medical Insurance, Marketing, and Patient Experience to ensure efficient service delivery and high patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise clinic operations efficiently
- Ensure compliance with CBAHI/JCIA standards and MOH regulations
- Submit monthly reports to management including performance indicators and productivity metrics
- Coordinate with various departments to improve service delivery
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and patient experience
- Apply safety and infection control protocols within the clinics
Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field
- Additional certifications in quality or healthcare leadership are an advantage
- At least 10 years of experience in a hospital or accredited healthcare facility
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Effective communication and cross-department coordination abilities
- Proficiency with clinic systems and electronic workflows
- Ability to lead strategies for improving patient experience
