Closer at Wealth Club Changer Dubai - 1.1M AED per year

We're looking for two experienced closers to join Changer Club.

Changer is a private membership club aimed for ultra high net worth individuals on a search of personal transformation - finding new goals and community after an exit. Founded 7 years ago, with HQ in Lausanne Switzerland, the club opened a branch in UAE in 2024. Changerunites 270 power families with combined wealth of 25B$. Members join for access to high-level receptions with global legends in business and social science on stage in Dubai, curated investments in start-ups, and long-term family programs. To qualify members should have 5m$+ in liquid capital. The annual membership is $38,000. The hiring is done by Changer Global Arabia - a UAE company

This role of CLOSER is about running serious conversations with most successful entrepreneurs of DUBAI in order to find their unfulfilled desire for a next big goal

You'll speak with founders who are already successful, busy, and selective.

Your job is to:

• lead a structured discovery,
• assess fit on both sides,
• handle objections calmly,
• and bring the conversation to a clear decision.

There is no discounting, no pressure tactics, and no volume chasing. You will work with warm leads, clients who have made a decision to apply

You should consider this role if:

• you've previously closed $100k+ deals in financial markets that requires understanding client psychology and risk appetite
• you have a structured sales system
• you're comfortable speaking with people who have strong opinions and high status,
• you track your numbers and know your close rates,
• you're fine disqualifying prospects when it's not a fit.
• you are intellectually savvy, with solid education, and versatile interests to support in-depth dialogues with demanding clientele

This won't work if:

• if you have no experience selling high-ticket intangible products
• you improvise without a repeatable process,
• you need heavy motivation or hand-holding,
• you're looking for a short-term cash grab.

• AED 1.1m AED 1.5m per year, commission only
• Sales via zoom or live meetings in Dubai with leaders in wealth & intellect in GCC
• Clear KPIs and regular call reviews
• Skills coaching from world's nr.1 sales training company closers.io
• You will be part of the Club, receiving invaluable life insights from world most powerful leaders at Changer events and receptions

Location is ideally - Dubai, working VISA in UAE will be provided
