Cloud Spaces is looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Cloud Ambassador – Reception to be the welcoming face of our brand. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting our clients and visitors in a five-star business setting.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, ensuring every interaction reflects Cloud Spaces high standards.
- Support new client onboarding — from phone setup and system orientation to personalized reception assistance.
- Manage daily reception operations, including calls, bookings, couriers, meeting rooms, and video conferencing support.
- Provide outstanding customer service, sharing helpful information and insights to enhance each visitor's experience.
- Operate and maintain communication and IT systems such as IP phones, interactive screens, and booking platforms.
- Work closely with your team and management to maintain a positive, efficient, and collaborative workplace.
What Success Looks Like
- Master all reception and operational systems within your first 3 months.
- Deliver a consistently five-star service experience that reflects Cloud Spaces premium standards.
- Ensure seamless daily operations and a welcoming environment that delights clients and visitors.
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for hospitality and client service.
- Previous experience in reception, guest relations, or office administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
