Job Purpose
This role is a skilled cloud infrastructre enginner with experiese in Microsoft Azure and/or multi-Cloud to design, optimize, and maintain our cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will foucus on cost optimization, enhancing security posture, and managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to support the organization's cloud-first strategy.
Technical Competencies
- Expertise in Azure including services like Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps and Azure Storage.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates etc.
- Expertise in Azure VDI solutions
- Proficiency in cost management and cost optimization using Azure Cost Management tools.
- Strong understanding of Azure security principles, tools, and practics, including Security Center and Defender.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attentiont to detail.
Minimum Education/Professional Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Azure cetifications (e.g. Azure Solution Architect, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Administrator) preferred
- Experience in managing hybrid and mult cloud environments.
- Familarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Experiences with multi-cloud such as AWS, Huawei Cloud etc., is highly desirable.
