Saudi Arabia | 12-Month Contract

We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Saudi Arabia that is looking to hire an experienced Cloud Security Engineer on an initial 12-month contract.

This role is ideal for a cloud security specialist with strong experience designing and securing large-scale cloud environments, particularly within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud architectures across enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain cloud security standards, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Support security initiatives across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Ensure cloud security best practices, security guardrails, and Zero Trust principles are embedded across platforms.
• Review and optimise cloud-native security services and configurations.
• Design secure network architectures, segmentation, and connectivity solutions.
• Define cloud hardening standards and security baselines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to strengthen the organisation's security posture.
  
  

Required Experience

• 6+ years of Information Security experience.
• 3+ years specialising in Cloud Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential.
• Experience securing large-scale cloud environments.
• Strong networking and infrastructure security knowledge.
• Experience working with cloud technologies, including GCP, Azure, and OCI.
  
  

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates will be prioritised based on banking sector experience in the following order:

1. Saudi Arabian Banking Experience (Highly Preferred)
2. GCC Banking Experience
3. International Banking Experience
   
   

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP
• CCSP
• Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer
