We're looking for a customer‑focused technical leader to design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Exchange solutions across enterprise environments. If you excel at modernizing messaging platforms and guiding customers through their Microsoft 365 journey, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Architect hybrid and cloud Exchange environments, including migrations to Exchange Online.
• Integrate Exchange with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Lead deployments, upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning.
• Implement retention, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Deliver workshops, PoCs, and technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Establish governance and automate tasks using PowerShell and Graph API.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
• Strong understanding of AD, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
• Advanced troubleshooting and optimization skills.
