Job Description

Are you a refined hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and personalized guest experiences We are looking for a Club Floor Manager who will lead Club Floor and Club Lounge operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, exclusivity, and guest satisfaction.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Managing end-to-end operations of the Club Floor and Club Lounge.
  • Delivering a personalized, luxury experience to Club Floor guests at every touchpoint.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Club Floor team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and concierge-style services for Club guests.
  • Overseeing Club Lounge services including breakfast, afternoon refreshments, and evening cocktails.
  • Handling VIP arrivals, special requests, guest preferences, and service recovery with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and Sales teams.
  • Monitoring service quality, cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards at all times.
  • Managing staffing, duty rosters, attendance, and performance of the Club team.
  • Preparing reports, tracking guest feedback, and driving continuous service improvement.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Club Floor Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or Front Office Manager, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent guest engagement and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and/or additional European languages will be an advantage.
  • High standards of grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Relevant hospitality qualifications will be an advantage.
