Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales - Leisure at Radisson BLU Cairo, Heliopolis and Radisson Residences Cairo , Heliopolis - located in Cairo, Egypt. The individual will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading initiatives to drive revenue, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities to grow the leisure segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, collaborating with key stakeholders, and maintaining outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and deliver a superior guest experience.
  • Experience in Team Management to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Expertise in Business Development to identify and secure new business opportunities within the leisure segment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
