The Role
As Cluster Director - Hospitality Talent Acquisition, you will design and execute a global talent strategy to attract world-class leaders and operational talent across our luxury hotels, restaurants, and corporate functions. You will lead a high-performing team to innovate recruitment practices, elevate employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. This role requires expertise in hospitality talent ecosystems, data-driven decision- making, and partnership with senior stakeholders to align hiring with business growth.

Strategic Talent Leadership
- Architect and steward a forward-looking global talent acquisition strategy, aligning with Red Sea Global Hospitality's ambitious growth agenda across ultra-luxury resorts, branded residences, and bespoke guest offerings.
- Champion a high-performance culture within the talent acquisition function, mentoring a globally distributed team of senior recruiters, talent partners, and operations specialists with a focus on innovation, agility, and candidate intimacy.
- Drive long-range workforce planning, pre-opening resourcing frameworks, and succession planning in collaboration with corporate and on-property leadership.
National Talent Development & Saudization
- Lead the design and execution of a robust Saudization strategy aligned with Vision 2030, ensuring sustainable national workforce integration across all organizational levels.
- Partner with local government entities, vocational academies, and talent development institutes to build pipelines of qualified Saudi nationals.
- Embed nationalization targets into recruitment planning, learning pathways, and leadership
acceleration programs while ensuring cultural alignment and career fulfillment for Saudi talent.
- Track, report, and refine Saudization outcomes in alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks and strategic workforce objectives.
Global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Brand Elevation
- Define, articulate, and evolve a globally resonant employer value proposition that reflects Red Sea Global Hospitality's luxury ethos, sustainability leadership, and commitment to transformative
guest and employee experiences.
- Position Red Sea Global Hospitality as an employer of choice within the ultra-luxury, lifestyle, and experiential travel sectors through compelling storytelling, visual identity, and digital presence.
- Lead integrated employer branding campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and industry channelstailored to attract top-tier talent and thought leaders from diverse markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Brand teams to align employer branding initiatives with overarching corporate narratives, destination development milestones, and sustainability achievements.
- Leverage internal talent success stories and ambassador programs to humanize the brand and foster a culture of pride, belonging, and advocacy.
- Utilize advanced talent analytics and sentiment tools to assess brand perception, refine messaging, and enhance candidate experience in real-time.
Excellence in Executive & Specialist Recruitment
- Orchestrate bespoke executive search and global talent mapping for critical leadership and niche positions across the hospitality spectrum.
- Integrate advanced hiring intelligence, behavioral analytics, and psychometric insights to ensure cultural alignment and performance predictability.
- Champion a candidate-first ethos by curating luxury-level recruitment experiences that mirror the service standards and prestige of Red Sea Global Hospitality.
Agency Partnerships & Executive Search Management
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with premier recruitment and executive search firms, ensuring alignment with Red Sea Global Hospitality's brand values and talent standards.
- Negotiate performance-based agreements, enforce confidentiality protocols, and oversee delivery for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage agency briefing processes to ensure a compelling and consistent brand narrative is delivered to the market.
- Oversee governance frameworks for agency collaboration, including vendor performance reviews, compliance tracking, and knowledge sharing to strengthen internal capabilities.
- Ensure external engagements uphold the candidate experience, brand tone, and discretion expected of a world-class luxury brand.
Enterprise Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and divisional heads, translating strategic priorities into talent strategies that support business transformation and service excellence.
- Facilitate proactive talent dialogues, identify capability gaps, and design interventions that future- proof leadership pipelines and mission-critical teams.
- Provide market intelligence on evolving labor dynamics, cross-border hiring trends, and competitor benchmarking within the luxury hospitality segment.
Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence
- Leverage AI-powered platforms, next-generation ATS ecosystems, and recruitment marketing automation to drive personalization at scale and operational precision.
- Redesign recruitment infrastructure to support agility, compliance, and scalabilityembedding structured assessments, behavioral simulations, and digital interviewing protocols.
- Promote a data-fluent hiring culture through real-time dashboards, predictive hiring analytics, and performance intelligence across all recruitment activities.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)
- Embed inclusive hiring principles into every touchpoint of the talent journeyensuring equitable access, cultural representation, and inclusive language throughout sourcing and selection.
- Spearhead partnerships with global and regional organizations championing underrepresented groups in hospitality, including initiatives for Saudi women, youth, and differently-abled talent.
