Cluster Executive Housekeeper

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina for the position of Cluster Executive Housekeeper. The responsibilities include overseeing housekeeping operations across multiple hotel properties, managing laundry services, ensuring cleanliness standards, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, and training housekeeping staff. The role also involves managing inventory, resolving guest service requests, and maintaining strong communication with team members and management to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Skills in Laundry management and ensuring quality standards
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with staff and management
• Customer Service skills to address guest requests and ensure satisfaction
• Excellent Organization Skills for coordinating cleaning schedules and managing inventory
• Experience in Training housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Educational background in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
