Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Cluster HR Manager, you will serve as the senior HR partner across a portfolio of properties. You will own the full people agenda — from talent acquisition and workforce planning to employee relations, culture, and compliance — while acting as a trusted advisor to Top Management and department heads. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on business performance, guest experience, and employer brand.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

• Advise and influence hotel leadership on all people-related matters

• Drive workforce planning aligned with hotel performance and business cycles

• Shape and embed a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous growth ▸

Talent & Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels — from front-line to department heads

• Build talent pipelines and reduce time-to-fill across the cluster

• Elevate the onboarding experience to reflect the brand's service standards

Employee Experience & Relations

• Champion engagement initiatives that reduce attrition and raise belonging scores

• Navigate complex employee relations with confidence, fairness, and legal rigour

• Be the voice of the employee in every leadership conversation

Performance & Capability

• Drive the performance management cycle with genuine developmental intent

• Identify high-potential talent and build succession pipelines

• Commission and coordinate targeted L&D programmes that move the needle

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policy

• Maintain HRIS accuracy (Oracle Fusion) and audit-readiness at all times

• Deliver sharp, data-driven HR reporting to senior stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in hospitality
  • Proven track record across multi-property or cluster environments
  • Deep understanding of UAE Labour Law and the regional talent landscape
  • Hands-on with Oracle Fusion or equivalent enterprise HRIS
  • Known for building trust quickly, communicating with clarity, and delivering with consistency
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
