Job Description

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Coordinate and support L&D activities, including onboarding, training programs, mandatory learning, employee development, training records, and reporting. Work closely with departments to identify training needs and support continuous learning and career development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate L&D programs and training activities.
• Support new joiner onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate mandatory and job-specific training.
• Identify and follow up on training needs with departments.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance.
• Monitor completion of required learning programs.
• Prepare training reports and KPIs.
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives.
• Coordinate internship, Tamheer, and trainee programs.
• Support Hilton learning platforms and digital training.
• Collect training feedback and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers and training providers.
• Support career fairs, workshops, and university partnerships.
• Ensure training activities follow Hilton standards and policies.
  
  

Qualifications

What It Takes to Make the Stay

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with LMS / HR systems is preferred.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different levels of employees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
