Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee revenue management and reservations strategy across Cloud7 and The House Hotel portfolio.
  • Develop and execute cluster-wide revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue.
  • Oversee reservations operations, ensuring consistency in processes, service standards, and performance across properties.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, competitor pricing, and distribution performance to drive pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage channel mix, distribution strategy, and OTA performance to optimize profitability and cost of acquisition.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for revenue and reservations at cluster level.
  • Establish and monitor revenue KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews for each property.
  • Train, mentor, and develop revenue and reservations teams, fostering a data-driven and commercially focused culture.
  • Support system implementations, RMS/PMS optimization, and process standardization across the portfolio.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 812 years of experience in revenue management and reservations within hospitality, with at least 35 years in a cluster or senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing revenue strategy across multiple hotels or brands.
  • Strong expertise in pricing, forecasting, distribution, and channel management.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel management systems.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing multi-property teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
