The Role

As Cluster Rewards Manager – Hospitality, you will design, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive rewards strategy that supports the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent across our luxury hotels and corporate functions. You will ensure that compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Red Sea Global Hospitality's business objectives, brand positioning, and employee value proposition.

This role requires deep expertise in compensation benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, and regulatory compliance, alongside the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive a high-performance, meritocratic culture.

Rewards Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking total rewards strategy aligned with Red Sea Global Hospitality's growth ambitions and luxury positioning.
  • Ensure governance and consistency of compensation practices across all properties within the cluster.
  • Lead annual salary review cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive planning in alignment with business performance and budget guidelines.
  • Drive pay-for-performance philosophy, ensuring differentiation and alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation & Benchmarking Excellence

  • Conduct regular market benchmarking using global and regional salary surveys to ensure competitiveness within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation systems to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation trends, pay positioning, and cost optimization.
  • Support pre-opening compensation frameworks, including workforce costing and organizational structuring.

Benefits Design & Employee Value Proposition

  • Conduct regular market benchmarking using global and regional salary surveys to ensure competitiveness within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation systems to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation trends, pay positioning, and cost optimization.
  • Support pre-opening compensation frameworks, including workforce costing and organizational structuring.

Recognition & Incentive Programs

  • Develop and implement innovative recognition programs that reinforce a culture of appreciation, performance, and service excellence.
  • Design short-term and long-term incentive schemes aligned with operational and strategic KPIs.
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in incentive distribution across functions and properties.
  • Monitor effectiveness of recognition programs and continuously refine based on employee feedback and business outcomes.

National Talent & Regulatory Alignment (Saudization)

  • Ensure rewards frameworks are aligned with Saudization requirements and support the attraction and retention of Saudi nationals.
  • Partner with HR and government relations teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws, wage protection systems, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support equitable reward practices that balance national workforce integration with global talent strategies.
  • Track and report on compensation-related compliance and nationalization metrics.
  • Ensure external engagements uphold the candidate experience, brand tone, and discretion expected of a world-class luxury brand.

Compliance, Risk & Policy Management

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Maintain and update rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines across the cluster.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements.
  • Manage risks related to pay equity, regulatory changes, and cost exposure.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • Promote equitable pay practices and support gender pay equity and inclusive compensation frameworks.
  • Ensure unbiased job evaluation and salary decisions across all employee groups.
  • Support DEI initiatives through transparent and fair rewards structures.
  • Monitor and report on pay equity metrics and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within luxury hospitality or large, complex organizations.
  • Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies, salary structuring, and incentive design.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and rewards practices within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive compensation data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as WorldatWork (CCP/GRP) or equivalent rewards accreditation.
  • Experience within pre-opening environments or multi-property hospitality clusters.
  • Familiarity with Saudization frameworks and workforce nationalization strategies.
  • Exposure to global mobility programs and expatriate compensation structuring.
  • Experience with HR analytics tools and dashboard reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead transformation initiatives

  • Salary review cycle accuracy, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Pay equity indicators (e.g., gender pay gap, internal equity ratios).
  • Employee satisfaction with rewards and benefits (via engagement surveys).
  • Retention rate of critical talent and high performers.
  • Saudization compliance and national workforce retention metrics.
  • Effectiveness and uptake of incentive and recognition programs.
  • Rewards cost as a percentage of total labor cost (efficiency and optimization).
  • Accuracy and timeliness of rewards reporting and analytics.
  • Compliance audit results and absence of regulatory breaches.
