Job Description

Summary

Role Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support to the cluster Sales team to ensure efficient processes, accurate documentation, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage shared inboxes, RFP trackers, and appointment calendars route inquiries appropriately.

. Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations using approved templates/brand assets.

. Maintain CRM data integrity: account/contact creation, merge/cleanse, activity logging, and reporting.

. Process rate loading requests, FIT agreements, and partner setups in coordination with Reservations/Revenue.

. Support familiarization trips, client events, and trade shows (registrations, shipments, collateral).

. Prepare weekly sales reports, pace updates, and minutes of meetings.

KPIs

. SLA adherence (responses, document turnaround).

. Data accuracy & audit readiness.

. Internal stakeholder satisfaction (Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Finance).

. On-time reporting and meeting documentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

. 1-2 years in sales admin/coordinator role fresh graduates with internships considered.

. Strong MS Office/365 skills proficiency with CRM/SFA preferred Arabic & English.

Other Requirements

. Standard office hours with flexibility around activations and events.
