  • Ability to manage and oversee Corporate Segment sales operations, including local, regional, and international corporate accounts.
  • Main duties include designing and executing strategies to achieve corporate sales targets, developing long-term partnerships with key corporate clients, TMCs and consortia, and supporting pricing strategies in coordination with Revenue Management.
  • Create, plan, implement and monitor the execution of the annual Corporate Sales Plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and cluster strategy.
  • Drive corporate account acquisition, retention and growth, focusing on base business, negotiated rates, dynamic corporate programs and RFP production.
  • Manage and execute Marriott RFP, Lanyon / Cvent RFP and other corporate sourcing platforms, ensuring timely submissions, competitive positioning and strong conversion.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and corporate travel patterns to identify opportunities, risks and tactical actions.
  • Analyse and track corporate performance indicators including production, ADR, RFP conversion, account activation, share shift and surplus / displacement impact.
  • Enable the Cluster sales team with corporate-focused selling tools, account intelligence and commercial initiatives to generate qualified corporate leads.
  • Work closely with Senior Management, Revenue, Marketing and Operations to identify areas requiring additional focus or corrective action within the corporate segment.
  • Actively participate in the preparation of Annual Sales & Market Plans, Quarterly Reviews and Complex Hotels Budgets, with strong emphasis on corporate contribution and forecasting.
  • Contribute to management meetings by providing clear insights, recommendations and action plans related to corporate performance.
  • Organise and maintain comprehensive information on corporate products, negotiated programs, brand offerings and value propositions across the cluster.
  • Execute approved strategies swiftly to respond to changes in market demand, corporate travel policies or competitive dynamics.
  • Direct and manage the corporate forecasting process in coordination with the Revenue Department, ensuring alignment with surplus periods, compression dates and displacement strategy.
  • Prepare and manage regular reporting including corporate forecast, Marriott RFP & Lanyon pipeline, account production, activity tracking and booking pace.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless Guest experience for corporate travellers and long-stay corporate accounts.

Additional Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with corporate accounts, TMCs, consortia and key decision makers across assigned markets.
  • Manage and convert corporate RFPs (Marriott RFP, Lanyon / Cvent) and negotiated rate requests, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy, surplus management and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate and host corporate site inspections and client visits across Hotel Local Dubai, The First Collection JVC and Holiday Inn.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with in-house corporate guests to identify future opportunities and upsell potential.
  • Act as the main liaison between corporate clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, account activation and service delivery.
  • Support cluster-wide corporate initiatives, roadshows, sales missions and client engagement activities.
  • Welcome and engage corporate groups and key accounts on-site, strengthening loyalty and repeat business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, including exposure to local and international corporate accounts, TMCs and consortia.
  • Hands-on experience with Marriott RFP, Lanyon / Cvent and similar corporate sourcing platforms (plus).
  • Strong understanding of corporate negotiated rates, dynamic pricing structures, surplus periods and displacement strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning and time-management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage the full corporate sales cycle from prospecting to conversion and retention.
  • Solid working knowledge of Opera S&M (block creation, account management, activity reporting).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated and commercially viable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of competitive positioning within the corporate segment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior Cluster role experience is an advantage.
