Partnering with business leaders across both Red Sea and Amaala hotels to provide strategic and proactive recruiting guidance and support. This role is crucial in ensuring the execution of recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for all positions within the hotels. The Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager will work alongside the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Leading the pre-opening talent attraction plan, this role will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood Amaala. In this role you will need to be able to inspire and lead key stakeholders to support in delivering best in class recruitment solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and executerecruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Proactively identify andaddress hiring needs in close partnership with business leaders
- Manage the fullrecruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation andonboarding
- Ensure a positivecandidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timelyfeedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HRteam to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires, includingorientation and training.
- Liaise with recruitmentagencies as and when required, ensuring competitive rates are negotiated.
- Ensure recruitmentpaperwork is prepared and updated prior to the recruitment commencing,e.g. Authority to recruit, job descriptions, etc.
- Workforce planning forfuture needs considering trends, legislation and government supportpackages.
- Maintain candidatemanagement systems ensure candidates are responded to within the set time.
- Design and deliver on thebest-in-class Candidate Experience components including Job Crafting,Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni Engagement
- Manage the overallrelationship with top target schools and institutions. Oversees campusrecruiting and student marketing activities
- Maintain talent pipelineswith potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Organise recruitmentevents to establish a strong employer brand at Career Fairs andCollege/University open days as requested to represent opportunitieswithin Rosewood
- Lead our employerbranding efforts on internal and external social media platforms includingLinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- Drive digital campaignson digital platforms to increase awareness, drive traffic and raisevisibility to our Brand
- Identify opportunitiesand manage Awards Committee relationships to recognise the Business as anattractive employer
- Liaise with creatives andstakeholders to design and own content, ensure timely production ofassigned tasks (i.e. Video production, photography, social media content,collateral, visuals, Brand guidelines, etc) for campaign execution

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in talent acquisitionmanagement gained in the Hospitality Sector, preferably within luxury
- Candidate-focused, committed todelivering quality and excellence.
- Experience in working within anoperational setting
- Preferably youll have had expose ofexperience of being part of a pre-opening team.
