JOB PURPOSE

Is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of the bank's IT systems. They play a key role in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems along with fixing the raised tickets related to the customers problems with the systems. In addition, collaborating with cross-functional teams as development teams for deploying any new changes, features and fixes along with the infrastructure teams and to deliver efficient and reliable IT services.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform applications deployment on production environment including new modules, fixes, enhancements & upgrades.

Following applications deployment process and procedures for more control on production environment.

1. Making sure of 24/7 availability of the CMS and subsystems if any.
2. Investigate and analyze cases detected from different stakeholders and channels.
3. Oversee closely the applications and troubleshoot and identify the root cause analysis of all reported problems related to applications under the team custody.
4. Avail the problems reports, resolution documentations, and communicate the issues to the relevant stakeholders to provide fixes if relevant
5. Prepare changes prerequisites prior to production deployment and create backup packs to be used in case of deployment rollback is required.
6. Follows all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
7. Prepare proactively the monitoring and alerts that assures the systems/applications performance, responsiveness and detecting anomalies and deficiencies
8. Start to support junior team members
