The CMS & ATM Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing expert support and management for the Cash Management System (CMS) and Automated Teller Machines (ATM) platforms. This role involves troubleshooting, configuration, incident management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 application support for Dynamics 365 CRM
- Troubleshoot production issues impacting customer onboarding, servicing, or complaints
- Support incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL and bank governance models
- Participate in production releases, hotfixes, and post‑deployment validation
- Coordinate with InfoSec, risk, compliance, and audit teams for critical changes
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence
- Experience with Logs analysis (application/server logs).
- Ability to trace issues across end-to-end systems.
- Familiar with SLA / KPI-driven environments & On-call / shift-based support.
- Hands-on experience with production support & incident troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in application support or systems analyst roles, preferably with CMS and ATM platforms
- Strong knowledge of CMS and ATM systems architecture, operations, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Level 2/3 support in banking or financial services environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Experience working with vendors and coordinating issue resolution
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance related to ATM and payment systems is a plus
