We're looking for an experienced CMS Migration Subject Matter Expert to support a large card management system migration project. This role is hands-on and focused on planning, migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration from a legacy CMS to a new platform.
- Support planning, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
- Define migration approach, data mapping, and validation.
- Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness.
- Assist during post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution.
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in cards technology / issuer processing.
- Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
- Proven experience leading large-scale CMS or card migrations.
- Strong understanding of card lifecycle, data migration, and reconciliation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
