Job Description

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Promote assigned CNS pharmaceutical products to Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with specialists, consultants, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, clinics, and key accounts.
  • Deliver effective scientific discussions and product presentations, demonstrating strong knowledge of CNS disorders, treatment approaches, clinical evidence, and product positioning.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize customer coverage, prescription generation, and sales growth.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, market share objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify high-potential prescribers, new accounts, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Implement effective customer segmentation, targeting, call planning, and account management strategies.
  • Monitor prescription trends, competitor activities, treatment patterns, and market developments within Neurology and Psychiatry.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate database of healthcare professionals, key accounts, and customer potential.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to execute CNS brand strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Support new product launches, scientific activities, and market penetration strategies.
  • Participate in medical conferences, scientific meetings, roundtable discussions, and healthcare professional engagement activities.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide actionable customer insights to support business decisions.
  • Monitor product availability and coordinate with relevant teams to address potential supply challenges.
  • Prepare regular sales, territory performance, and customer activity reports.
  • Continuously develop therapeutic knowledge of CNS diseases, treatment guidelines, and emerging therapies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, approved promotional materials, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in CNS, particularly Neurology and/or Psychiatry, is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in other specialty therapeutic areas may also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
  • Strong scientific knowledge and the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively.
  • Established relationships with relevant healthcare professionals and specialist accounts are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of territory management, customer segmentation, and pharmaceutical sales techniques.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and adapt to changing business priorities.
