Role Overview:
Our client, a Global Cards & Payments firm, is engaged with a leading bank in Riyadh and is seeking to onboard a Cards Product Management Specialist (Co-branded) who will be responsible for driving the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of cobranded products and will support the client in management of the relationship with the cobrand partner. This includes overseeing product launches, optimizing portfolio performance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The role of this consultant is to support the client in the strategic and operational management of card-related sponsorship partnerships. The individual will be responsible for supporting in maximizing the value of sponsorship assets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving impactful campaigns that enhance cardholder engagement and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in managing the relationship with the sponsorship partner
- Support in ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, including branding exposure, asset utilization, and milestone delivery
- Lead the design and rollout of innovative card products tailored to market needs.
- Define product value propositions (CVPs) and pricing strategies.
- Guide and support in executing strategies aimed at generating revenue through products in alignment with consumer banking strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs (e.g., spend uplift, activation rates, engagement metrics).
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of card payments, processing systems, and regulatory environments.
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in product development, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience of product launches, CVP development, SAMA regulations knowledge
- Knowledge of cards (Debit, Credit and Prepaid) profitability and key metrics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
