We are looking for an Architect & Buildera partner to construct the digital infrastructure for this vision.

1. Where Are We Now

We are not starting from zero. The founding team has completed 80% of the strategic planning, creating a solid foundation that allows you to focus immediately on technical execution:

Legal & Setup: The company is officially incorporated, and all digital assets (Domains & Emails) are fully owned.

Financials: All incorporation costs, feasibility studies, and legal structuring are fully covered by the CEO.

Founding Team: A complete team covering Healthcare Management, Governance, Software Marketing, Medical Insurance, and EHRs.

Visuals & Marketing: A professionally designed Visual Identity is ready, saving you design effort and accelerating Frontend development.

Commercial Strategy:

An integrated Business Model with 15 revenue streams to ensure financial sustainability.

Full product design for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C platforms.

In-depth market research and competitive advantage analysis.

Clear Market Roadmap:

Operational Markets: Egypt, Turkey.

Dual Markets (Operation & Source): UAE, KSA.

Source Markets: GCC & North Africa.

2. The Role: Technical Roadmap

We have designed a realistic path that balances ambition with flexibility:

Phase 1: The Smart Build [Pre-Seed / First 6 Months]

Commitment: Flexible (Part-time / Remote). You can keep your current job and contribute during your spare time, focusing on milestones.

The Mission (MVP) - CRITICAL: Hands-on Coding. You are responsible for building the platform (Web & Mobile) yourself. You will write the code.

Technology: Integrate AI/LLM layers via APIs to enhance patient guidance without getting bogged down in proprietary model training yet.

Infrastructure: Leverage Startup Credits (AWS/Azure) to build a cloud infrastructure with near-zero operating costs.

Phase 2: Scale & Lead [Post-Seed Round]

Commitment: Transition to Full-time with a Founder Salary.

The Mission: Evolve into the CTO role, hire and lead the engineering team, and develop our Brainincluding the Longitudinal EHR and proprietary AI models.

3. The Offer Structure

We offer a fair structure that guarantees your rights as a core partner:

A) Equity: 15% 20% Founder Equity reflecting your pivotal role.

Asset Protection: Legal guarantee that your vested shares are yours forever.

B) Financial Setup:

No Capital Injection: You are not required to buy your shares; your investment is Sweat Equity.

Income Protection: No initial full-time requirement protects your current income during the build phase.

C) Technical Autonomy:

You have the freedom to choose the Tech Stack, provided the choice is driven by Business Requirements and HealthTech Industry Standards (Security & Scalability).

Filtering Criteria (Are you the one)

To ensure a serious partnership, please apply only if you meet these criteria:

Builder, not Manager: In the MVP phase, you must have the ability and willingness to write code and build the product yourself (Hands-on). If you are looking for a supervisory role only, this is not for you.

Full-Stack & AI Aware: Proven experience in building complex systems and a practical understanding of integrating AI/LLM into commercial applications.

Resourceful: You know how to build a great product while managing resources intelligently.

Commitment: You are looking for a long-term partnership to build a legacy, not a temporary freelance project.
