Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Co-Founder, based in Dubai. The Co-Founder will take a leadership role in developing and executing the company's strategic vision. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, driving sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting research to identify growth opportunities. The role also requires collaboration with the team to ensure the company's goals are met and its long-term sustainability is secured.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities for strategic decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and customer acquisition
• Proven leadership experience in business development and operations management
• Ability to build and maintain professional networks and partnerships
• Knowledge of the construction industry, including design, project management, and sustainable practices, is preferred
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field is advantageous
