Job Title: Co-Founder (Commercial & Operations Lead)

About the OpportunityWe're building a fast-growing consumer brand in the skincare space and we're looking for the right co-founder to help scale it.
In the past year, the business generated six figures in revenue, with strong organic demand and an exceptionally high returning customer rate. The traction is there, the brand has strong foundations, and the next stage is building the commercial and operational engine required for scale.
This is a co-founder role, not a salaried job. We're looking for a strategic partner who wants to help build and grow a long-term business.
About the FounderThe founder's focus is on the vision, product, brand experience, and customer trust behind the company.
This includes:
Product development and supplier relationships
Customer experience and brand storytelling
Community building and retention
Ensuring the brand maintains strong trust and product integrity
Co-Founder ResponsibilitiesThe co-founder will take ownership of the commercial and operational side of the business, including:
Developing and executing the commercial growth strategy
Managing financial structure, forecasting, and margins
Overseeing marketing systems and scalable acquisition channels
Managing the current team and building future hires
Implementing operational processes and systems for scale
Turning strong demand into a structured, scalable business
What We're Looking ForSomeone with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Scaling consumer brands or startups
Growth marketing and customer acquisition
Finance, operations, or commercial strategy
Building teams and operational systems
You should enjoy turning early traction into a disciplined, scalable company.
CompensationEquity-based role (up to 45% equity available)
Equity will be vested over time and linked to long-term commitment and contribution
