Co-Founder (CTO) — Build a Global Human Connection Platform

We're looking for a technical Co-founder to help build a global product.

Company Description

We're building Glint — a global human connection platform designed to help people meet, connect, and share real-life experiences in the physical world.

Glint is a proximity-based social platform that reimagines how people interact in modern cities by combining mobility, timing, and real-world discovery into a unified experience.

It enables trusted, consent-based real-world interactions between nearby users, creating a safer and more natural way for people to connect in today's cities.

Product vision, initial prototype, and early fundraising groundwork are already underway — we're now building the foundation of a scalable global platform.

Role: Co-Founder (CTO)

We are looking for a technical co-founder, not an employee.

Someone who wants to build from zero, take full ownership of the technical foundation, and help shape a global consumer product from its earliest stage.

This is a hands-on founding role with full responsibility for engineering, architecture, and execution.

Location: [Dubai-based / willing to relocate to Dubai — OR — Remote, with regular time in Dubai for key milestones]

Responsibilities

• Full technical ownership of the platform

• Define system architecture and tech stack

• Build and ship the MVP from scratch

• Design scalable backend and real-time systems

• Own technical roadmap from MVP to scale

• Collaborate closely with the founder on product direction

• Lay the foundation for future engineering team

What we're looking for

Technical profile:

• Strong full-stack or mobile development experience

• Proven ability to build MVPs from scratch

• Strong backend and system design thinking

• Experience with real-time or geo-based systems is a plus

• Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-changing environments

Mindset:

• Founder mindset (ownership > tasks)

• Fast execution over perfection

• Comfortable with uncertainty and iteration

• Strong belief in building meaningful consumer products
