1. The Mission

We are not looking for a manager; we are looking for a Regional Co-Founder. You will lead the charge in establishing our Middle East footprint, taking full ownership of the P&L for our Managed Services 3.0 division and the WorkElevate (DEX) platform. Your goal is to turn our Dubai HQ into a self-sustaining, high-growth engine that serves as the benchmark for our global operations.

2. Entrepreneurial Builder Responsibilities

  • Regional Business Design: Beyond just selling, you will help design the regional service delivery model, pricing localizations, and hiring the core sales and engineering support team.
  • Anchor Account Acquisition: Personally lead the hunt for the first 5 Mega-Logo accounts in the region (Banks , Retail , Regional Conglomerates ,
  • WorkElevate Evangelism: Act as the face of the brand at major regional forums (GITEX, LEAP KSA), positioning DEX as a mandatory component of the UAE's Future of Work mandate.
  • Lean Scaling: Manage the regional budget with an owner's mindset—balancing aggressive growth with capital efficiency.

3. Required Mindset Qualifications

  • The Zero-to-One Experience: Proven track record of launching a new brand or territory from scratch. You should thrive in ambiguity.
  • Managed Services 3rd Generation Fluency: Deep understanding of AI-automated IT operations. You must be able to explain how self-healing tech replaces man-hours.
  • Regional Cultural Nuance: You have a Black Book of C-suite contacts in the GCC and understand that in Dubai, a handshake is often as important as a contract.
  • Risk/Reward Orientation: You prefer a performance-linked plan with upside over a safe corporate salary.

4. Compensation & Skin in the Game (2026 Structure)

We believe in rewarding the Builder mindset. This role is eligible for a Performance-Linked Equity Plan:

  • Base Salary: Competitive, tax-free executive base in AED.
  • Growth Bonus: Uncapped commission on ARR (WorkElevate) and TCV (Managed Services).
  • Phantom Stock / Equity Stake: * A percentage-based stake in the MEA entity (or a Phantom Equity plan) that vests over 4 years.
  • Accelerator: Early vesting or Founder-level bonuses triggered upon hitting specific Unicorn-path revenue milestones in the region.
