Co-Founder (Technical)

We're Looking for a Technical Co-Founder | BetaHubs

BetaHubs is entering its next stage.

We're evolving from a business-oriented tech studio into a broader digital transformation and technology partner for businesses — combining product thinking, technology, AI, automation, and business transformation.

To support this journey, I'm looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join me and take ownership of the technology and engineering backbone of BetaHubs.

What you'll own

You'll be responsible for building and leading the technical foundation of the company, including:

• Technology strategy & architecture

• Software engineering & development

• Engineering standards and best practices

• Technical team leadership

• AI & automation capabilities

• Cloud, DevOps & infrastructure

• Internal platforms and reusable technology

• Technical architecture for transformation projects

• Technology R&D and emerging technologies

• Building a scalable engineering organization

This is a founder-level role, not a traditional CTO position.

I'm looking for someone who wants to build, shape, and own the technology direction of a growing company — not simply manage a development team.

• A strong software engineer with solid architectural thinking

• Experienced in leading technical teams or engineering initiatives

• Hands-on and comfortable going deep into technology when needed

• Interested in AI, automation and digital transformation

• Business-minded and able to connect technology with business outcomes

• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and fast-changing environment

• A builder, problem solver and long-term thinker

• Looking for meaningful ownership and a long-term partnership

The opportunity

This is an equity-first co-founder opportunity.

There will be no fixed salary during the initial stage. The compensation structure will be based on equity and vesting, with additional equity tied to agreed milestones.

As BetaHubs reaches defined business and financial milestones, the role will transition into a fixed salary + performance bonuses + continued equity structure.

The exact equity package and milestones will be discussed with the right candidate based on experience, commitment, and expected contribution.

Why this role matters

You won't be joining to maintain an existing technology organization.

You'll have the opportunity to help build it.

You'll work closely with me on the company's technology direction, product and transformation strategy, technical organization, and the systems that will support BetaHubs as it scales.
