Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Co-founder role, based in Bengaluru. The selected individual will contribute to driving the firm's strategic direction, leading business development efforts, and attracting investment opportunities to support business growth. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing growth strategies, identifying and onboarding investors, managing key stakeholder relationships, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. As a Co-founder, you will play an integral role in decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and take responsibility for expanding the presence of Think Big Finserv in the investment management industry.

Comfortable being hands-on in GTM & introductions
Investment
500K $ for 40% equity (flexible for the right partner) via a dedicated setup for expansion.
Open to structuring as Strategic Investor / Venture Partner / Co-founder
