Co Managing Director

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Co-Managing Director at dotsHub. The Co-Managing Director will collaborate closely with the executive team to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and cultivate business growth. This role involves managing teams across various departments, establishing and monitoring goals, ensuring financial health, and maintaining productive client and partner relationships. Leadership, decision-making, and the ability to implement and adapt business strategies are key responsibilities of this role.

• Strong experience in business management, strategic planning, and financial oversight
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
• Proficiency in software-related domains such as CRM, digital transformation, and system integration
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to foster client relationships and partnerships
• Experience in implementing agile methodologies in software development and integration projects
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role is strongly preferred
