Role Description The Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The person in this role will provide performance coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members, helping them develop technical knowledge, professional skills, and effective work habits aligned with the firm's investment and operational philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, assessing individual and team capabilities, setting development plans, and tracking progress against agreed objectives. The Coach will collaborate with leadership to design and deliver training content, facilitate workshops, and reinforce best practices in communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving. This role also involves preparing clear documentation of coaching outcomes, offering feedback to managers on talent development needs, and supporting a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or talent development, ideally within finance, real estate, or professional services.
- Strong skills in communication, active listening, feedback delivery, and conflict resolution to support diverse team members.
- Ability to design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and structured development plans tailored to individual needs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and propose practical improvement strategies.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information and performance discussions.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment in Cairo, Egypt, with cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; coaching certifications are a plus.
- Prior exposure to private equity, investment management, or real estate environments is beneficial but not strictly required.
