Role Description The Coach role at Farid Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Coach will facilitate character development and wellbeing sessions for children and youth, using Farid Academy's structured curricula and learning tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive workshops, monitoring learner progress, and documenting outcomes to support impact measurement. The Coach will collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and internal teams to align program delivery with learner needs and organizational goals. The role also involves ongoing professional development, participation in training, and contributing feedback to enhance program content and coaching practices.
Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, teaching, or facilitation with children and youth, ideally within educational or developmental programs.
• Strong skills in communication, active listening, and empathy, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Knowledge or practical understanding of character education, wellbeing, positive psychology, or social-emotional learning.
• Ability to plan and manage sessions, handle group dynamics, and adapt methods to different learning styles and age ranges.
• Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to support learning and program delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic, with clear and engaging presentation skills.
