Coaching and Mentoring Chief Specialist - UAE National

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage coaching and L&D strategies that align with long-term organizational goals.
• Support internal and external stakeholders, including 55 entities, with tailored coaching and development interventions.
• Manage budgets efficiently, allocating resources across coaching, development, and related initiatives.
• Oversee and implement innovative projects and initiatives that drive leadership development and organizational growth.
• Collaborate with executive leaders, external vendors, coaches, and various talent-focused roles, such as directors and undersecretaries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in coaching and development to continuously improve effectiveness and outcomes.
