This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to developers of all backgrounds. Whether you're self-taught, a hobbyist, or a seasoned engineer, if you can read and reason about code, we want your perspective.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness and quality
- Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
- Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
- Suggest clear, well-reasoned improvements
- Work across a variety of programming challenges and difficulty levels
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving instincts
- Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts concisely
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No computer science degree or formal professional experience required — self-taught developers and coding hobbyists are encouraged to apply
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages
- Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
- Background in competitive programming, open-source contribution, or technical writing
- Prior exposure to AI tools or developer workflows
