Job Title: Junior Coffee Roaster

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Junior Coffee Roaster to join our team and assist in the roasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist the Head Roaster in daily roasting operations.

• Monitor roasting processes and maintain quality standards.

• Handle coffee beans, prepare batches, and maintain inventory.

• Clean and maintain roasting equipment.

• Record roasting data and assist in flavor profiling.

• Learn and apply roasting techniques to achieve desired coffee profiles.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food science background is a plus.

• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn roasting techniques.

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of coffee beans and roasting principles (training provided).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical ability to lift bags of coffee and work with roasting machinery
