We are looking for a Coffee Roaster to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee and experienced in roasting and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Roast coffee beans according to approved profiles

Monitor roast quality and develop roast profiles

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Work closely with the quality and operations team

Requirements:

Previous experience in coffee roasting

Strong knowledge of coffee beans and roast levels
