Cognitive Trainer

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children ages 4.5 to 18, and helping them improve their skills through structured, one-to-one cognitive training.

At IMbright, we provide specialized brain training programs tailored to sharpen the core skills brains use to think, learn, read, reason, focus, and complete tasks. Benefits

• This is a part-time on-site position.
• You are paid hourly starting at 67.5 SR per hour, with bonuses for high-quality training.
• Evening working hours (2-5 hours per day) from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Role Description

• Deliver in-person, one-to-one cognitive training sessions for children
• Support children in improving their cognitive and learning skills through structured programs
• Monitor and track children's progress, including digital training progress
• Work on-site at our center located in Al-Izdihar, Riyadh.

Qualifications

• B.A, B.S. degree, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interest and appropriate skills in working with children of all ages
• Ability to work a consistent schedule, maintaining core work hours (one to three hours daily)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Openness to learning, reflection, and professional growth under mentorship and supervision

**Selected candidates will be required to attend a two-week Training Preparation Program from August 16 to June 28, for 3 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This program is designed to equip candidates with the tools and methods needed to succeed as Brain Trainers.
