About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and fluent English speakers to join our growing remote team as Cold Callers. You'll work with either our Solar or Real Estate account, engaging potential clients via outbound calls. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Shift Schedules:

Real Estate Account: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Egyptian Time)

(7 working hours + 1-hour break)

Solar Account: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Egyptian Time)

(7 working hours + 1-hour break)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Training: 3 Days (Paid )

Compensation:

• 12K monthly net salary
• Kpis start from 40$
• Monthly Payment in dollars via nsave

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken English (B2 level or higher)
• Personal computer or laptop (minimum: Intel i3, 4GB RAM)
• Reliable internet connection
• USB headset with microphone is a must
• Quiet workspace
