We're hiring For a well-known UK-based multinational company for a Polish-speaking Cold Caller.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the Polish market.
- Introduce the company's products/services and identify customer needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion.
Requirement
- Fluent Polish speaker.
- 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
