Cold Caller / Sales Associate

At Scale My Cleaning Business, we help cleaning business owners grow and scale through proven systems and expert support. We're expanding our remote team and are looking for driven Sales Associates based in Northern Africa to join our mission.

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone confident, goal-oriented and passionate about helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
• Present company services clearly and professionally.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM.
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to sales and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, appointment setting or sales outreach.
• Administrative experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and phone handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, and time-tracking tools.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Reliable computer (8GB RAM or higher) and stable internet connection (20 Mbps+).
• Availability: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST.
