Job Summary:
Master Works is seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Calling to support our lead generation and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer outreach, with strong communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote Master Works products and services.
- Clearly communicate value propositions and understand customer needs.
- Qualify leads and forward them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems with accurate information.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and call volume targets.
- Handle initial inquiries professionally and provide basic information to prospects.
- Follow cold calling scripts and adapt communication style when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation roles.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus depending on the role).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B outreach or technology solutions (preferred for Master Works).
- Strong customer engagement and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification strategies
