Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design custom collaboration solutions, and create detailed implementation plans.
Manage, Configure, and troubleshoot all unified VOIP communication systems and Collaboration, including IP telephony, Voice mail, IM Messaging, Video Conferencing, and Contact Center.
Integrate collaboration platforms with existing infrastructure
Coordinate with the vendor according to the Service Contacts agreements.
Manage and configure collaboration endpoints and systems
identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems related to Collaboration systems
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Video Conference systems and Endpoints
Troubleshoot highly complex data, voice, or video networks and hardware problems, and escalate to the Vendor if needed.
Perform testing and validation of the deployed solutions, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues related to voice, video, and messaging services.
Designs, builds, configures, installs, monitors, and supports all VOIP and collaboration systems.
Ability to engage in creating backup strategies for the data and recovery plan, and Collaboration solutions.
Prepare comprehensive documentation for the implemented solutions, including system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Report and log the incidents and service activation.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Cisco Collaboration solutions.
Proven experience with CUCM, UCCX/UCCE, Unity Connection, Webex, Expressway, CMS, and voice/video gateways.
Perform implementation, configuration, and support of Cisco Collaboration solutions, including CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), CUC, UCCX/UCCE, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Webex, TelePresence, and Voice Gateways.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, video, and contact Center issues.
Ensure high availability and optimal performance of collaboration systems.
Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to optimize the customer's collaboration environment.
Perform system health checks, patching, and upgrades to ensure stability and reliability.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
