Qualifications Required:
- Strong experience in collaboration & unified communications related to the hardware listed below, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Cisco CUCM
- Cisco Telepresence Servers & MCUs
- Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)
- Cisco Management & Scheduling Server
- Cisco Unified Communications Apps (cloud solutions, Jabber, Jabber Guest, etc.)
- Protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP
- Routing & Switching
- Cisco Certifications with a minimum of 5 years experience (CCNP)
Technical Skills:
- Gather technical requirements, develop low-level designs, and implement Unified Communications solutions.
- Clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network device functionality.
- Clear understanding of VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP.
- Clear understanding of telecom infrastructure protocols: ISDN and analogue signaling.
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco routing & switching products and networking.
- Set up and administration of site-to-site and remote VPN solutions.
- Responsible for unified communication network design, development, implementation, configuration, and testing.
- Handle operational processes for Cisco Unified Collaboration solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting VLAN, NAT/PAT, and common TCP/UDP ports.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, test, and evaluate all infrastructure components related to collaboration services.
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Manage all servers within the Cisco Collaboration infrastructure.
- Provide high-level support to user support teams and end users.
- Monitor all UC hardware and software components end-to-end.
