Role Overview

We're looking for a Collateral & Stock Audit Analyst who is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and safeguarding the integrity of documentation across warehouses and reload facilities. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of logistics and warehousing operations, and effective coordination with internal teams to support operational transparency and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually engaging marketing materials including presentations, brochures, digital ads, social media graphics, and other collateral.
  • Manage and track stock movements using internal inventory systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Maintain the integrity and proper documentation of all inventory and compliance-related records.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and audit requirements across facilities.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits across reload facilities and prepare detailed audit reports for each entity.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory operations to ensure effective stock control, organization, and accuracy.
  • Support logistics and warehousing teams to ensure smooth and compliant inventory flow.
  • Identify potential risks related to inventory discrepancies and assist in implementing mitigation measures.
  • Prepare inventory reports and maintain data using Excel and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse teams, and management to address discrepancies and provide operational updates.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehousing operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation control.
  • Understanding of compliance standards and audit processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple warehouse locations.
