About the Role
At Miral Experiences, our Colleague Experience team plays a vital role in supporting colleagues throughout their employment journey. As the first point of contact for new joiners and existing employees, the team delivers exceptional service, guidance, and operational support that directly impacts colleague satisfaction and engagement.
We are seeking a Colleague Experience Executive who is passionate about people, customer service, and HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering seamless colleague experiences across onboarding, HR operations, offboarding, accommodation, transport, and immigration processes, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Colleague Experience & Customer Service
- Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and their families throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Support relocation, immigration, accommodation, medical insurance, onboarding, probation, and general HR-related inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage complex colleague queries while ensuring policy compliance and positive employee experiences.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government entities.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer service standards and service delivery KPIs.
HR Operations & Process Excellence
- Process colleague requests accurately and in line with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, employment contracts, and other immigration-related processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and immigration requirements.
- Handle escalations, complex cases, and exceptions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Monitor deadlines and critical documentation to avoid compliance risks and penalties.
- Support and deliver the Colleague Induction Program.
HR Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HR Management System (HCM).
- Ensure 100% data accuracy through verification and quality checks.
- Review approvals, identify inconsistencies, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain confidential personnel files and documentation.
Leadership & Team Support
- Support performance management activities and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance to team members on complex HR queries and escalations.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Deputize for the Colleague Experience Manager when required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and HR projects.
Office & Financial Administration
- Manage purchase requests (PRs), invoices, and financial administration processes.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Maintain operational budgets, inventory, stationery, and colleague giveaway stock levels.
- Ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

What You'll Need
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative function.
Desirable Qualifications
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Empathetic, approachable, and people-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle HRMS/HCM systems is highly advantageous.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
