Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on following up on due and overdue invoices, ensuring timely collections, and supporting healthy cash flow through effective coordination with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on due and overdue invoices in a professional manner
- Ensure timely collections in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date collection and payment records
- Escalate long-overdue cases in line with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Saudi
- 03 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of invoices and payment terms
- Arabic is required; basic English is preferred
