Responsibilities

  • Follow-up with clients on overdue payments
  • Coordinate with the account management team to handle collections
  • Must update a regular report on collections status for the whole portfolio
  • Perform Interviews and have an eye for talents
  • Interfere in problem solving with insurance companies as needed
  • Make sure all necessary documents are available for collection by coordinating with company couriers
  • Assist the Sr. Financial Advisor with Expenses and other tasks as delegated

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in collections (from 1-2 years max), preferably B2B Industry
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Intermediate English Language
  • Must have integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
