Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for aCollection Specialistto join Fastlo. The role focuses on following up with customers to ensure timely payments, updating collection records, and supporting the recovery of inactive or overdue accounts while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily follow-up with customers to collect outstanding payments.
  • Update the approved collection file with every customer interaction and payment commitment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues that may delay payment.
  • Re-engage inactive customers and support the return of reduced shipping volumes.
  • Follow up on overdue and bad debt accounts and prioritize daily collection tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in collections, accounting, or customer follow-up.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment.
