Our client, a leading organization in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Collection Manager to lead and optimize its collections function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end collection operations.

• Develop and execute collection strategies to maximize recovery while minimizing delinquency.

• Monitor collection performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop collection teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal teams to improve collection efficiency.

• Prepare management reports, analyze collection trends, and recommend corrective actions.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and oversee complex recovery cases.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 5 years of collections experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

✔ Strong knowledge of collection processes, recovery strategies, and regulatory compliance.

✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

✔ Experience with collection management systems; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
